Operatives of the Optical Media Board (OMB) raided 10 Internet cafes near Quirino Highway, Fairview, Quezon City on Wednesday, ABS-CBN reported. Aided by the police, the OMB confiscated 6 central processing units (CPUs) containing unlicensed software.
